Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

After this period, your order may already have been processed and can no longer be canceled.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

In these cases, we offer:

✔ A free replacement, or
✔ A full refund

In some cases, you may not be required to return the item.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and personal-use reasons, we do not accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or altered after delivery, unless they are defective.

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during sales, seasonal promotions, or special offers may not be eligible for a full refund.

In such cases, we reserve the right to offer:

  • Size exchanges (subject to availability), or

  • Partial refunds as a faster resolution
