At HoyGi, we want to make managing your subscription simple and transparent.

Subscription Management

Customers may modify, pause, or cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account portal or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date.

If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation will apply to future recurring orders and will not affect the current shipment.

Billing

By subscribing, you authorize HoyGi to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the subscription plan chosen at checkout.

Recurring charges will continue until the subscription is canceled.

Changes to Subscription

Customers may:

  • Skip upcoming deliveries
  • Change delivery frequency
  • Update shipping information
  • Update payment information
  • Pause or cancel their subscription

through the subscription management portal.

Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our Refund Policy.

Refunds are not provided for subscription renewals that have already been processed and fulfilled.
